Support and Help

If you get stuck on openCode, you are not alone: there are several ways we can help you.

If you have technical questions about the platform, e.g., setting up mirrors, problems with repos or CI/CD, the GitLab manual will usually help. For information specific to openCode, you can find help in our FAQ or knowledge base – a growing collection of tutorials, articles, and publications.

For specific project questions, such as how to further develop an application or what data you are allowed to use, direct contact is crucial: contact the responsible persons in the software project team. You can often find them in the project description or in the repository itself – sometimes also under “README.”

Another good place to start is our Discourse forum. Discuss with us and many other active users here.

For individual inquiries, you can contact us directly at info@opencode.de. Or you can make an appointment at one of the weekly openCode consultation hours.
